We provide a two-hour window for drop off/pick up and in most cases we can drop off dumpster rentals in Massachusetts the same day as your order. I do not recommend to rent dumpsters from this company!!! Don’t please! They charged me an extra 158 usd! because they said the dumpster weighed 1.5 ton and i was like my limit was 2 ton and then she didn’t know what to say next. She said... im gonna call you backWhen she called back she goes you were over 2 ton 😒 now i was over 2 ton then she said the driver who picked it up is an experienced guy and he said it looked over weightThis is called abuse they literally stealing money from peopleread more

I called for a 15yd dumpster to get rid of general junk from a basement clean out. The dumpster was delivered next day, the cost was competitive with others I was quoted and the lady who helped me on the phone was very helpful and polite!

I have used the service twice for home dumpster rental. The first time, I was very happy. Price was fair, company was responsive, very happy so I used a second time. Second time, I am very disappointed. I paid for 2 full weeks and on the... last day of my rental a truck showed up at 6:30am to take dumpster away. I told the driver that I wanted the full day that I paid for to finish loading the dumpster. He said ok and would be back to get it later that day. No one came back to get the dumpster until 3 days later. The company ended up charging my credit card an extra $170 (without my knowledge). Company told me that the charge was for 3 extra days I had “requested.” I never requested these extra days. They also said it was for a “fuel charge for the truck” and a mattress in the dumpster ($50). The company will not refund any of my money even though they admit I never requested extra days. They have been extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company.read more

I used rent this dumper for a home clean-out project. The unit was dropped off exactly when and where I wanted by a professional, service oriented driver. The unit was also picked up promptly when the project was finished. And I didn’t... have to sign anything, or pull myself together early in the morning to greet someone, they also email me my invoice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely use them again!read more

Excellent deal and highly responsive company. Their prices are low but don't let that fool you - they drop off and pick up on time, their support is quick and helpful, and instructions are clear. Highly recommended and will definitely... use again. (We had been using the "bag" model for household disposal, but to get the same cubic yards we would have paid almost 3x as much!)read more

What are you really looking for? No one wants to have to rent a dumpster so when the process (website) is super easy, the price (we looked at 3 others) is low and when the people (we had two quick questions) are knowledgeable and nice,... then THAT is the best possible experience!
